Rose Sandoval-French has taught bilingual education for 20 years. Rose has her bachelors and masters in education. Rose's parents migrated to the United States in the 1940's.

Jeff French has been in sales and marketing for 25 years. He has worked with organizations from small family owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

Guadalupe (Lupe) Sandoval has over 16 years experience as a trainer and consultant in the fields of worker health and safety, workers' compensation insurance, and human resource management. He has worked with employers in varied industries, with extensive experience in agriculture and construction.

Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish, he is a certified OSHA Construction Outreach Trainer, and is also authorized to conduct Training for Trainers of fieldworkers for pesticide safety. Over the years, he has trained thousands of workers and supervisors on various aspects of worker safety, and safety management.
